Exchange or Refund

We are more than happy to offer you an exchange if you have ordered the wrong size. Please ensure that your NutWare order is in clean, unused condition and in it's original packaging.
Please contact us via phone or email to let us know which size you require and we will organise everything from there personally.
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost both ways, ie, sending the original set back to us and then us sending the replacement on to you. We always use Australia Post Express satchels which are $11.00 inc gst.
Our indicators have a minimum lifetime of 2 years use, under normal driving conditions. We recommend that you inspect each indicator regularly and replace your set after 2 years.
Refunds are available if an item or set is deemed to be faulty. Please contact us via phone or email to discuss the issues you may have had and we will organise everything from there personally.
The faulty item will need to be returned to us to be inspected. We will then follow up with an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim.
Please note that we will not replace items which have been damaged by the buyer ie, that have been cut or modified, damaged due to misuse or incorrect fitment; or for a change of mind. We personally inspect every indicator upon packing to ensure quality.
If your refund is approved, it will be process it promptly and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal or original method of payment. You will be notified by email that the refund has been issued. If you have not received the refund within 7 working days, please contact us at email@example.com

** Buyer is responsible for paying own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
